Trying to lose weight? will this plan work?

once you reach your goal weight its all a matter of your intake and your output. you might have to experiment to find out how much calories a day you can eat with the amount of calories you burn when you work out without gaining weight. with your height and weight you should be good with 2000 calories a day could be higher but it also depends on metabolism and age.
