I was accused of theft by boss?
and it was stated out loud to co workers. It was an error not theft and quickly the error was found and fixed. The co worker felt bad and told me what my boss acuused me off. I then spoke to my manager and my boss and it got really loud , with theboss yelling the staff member was a liar and that he misuunderstood but there was other staff heard it too. I went home sick and called in sick the next day, boss got worried and had his wife write me a letter (wife I found out is a partner!) so she sent me a letter and dtaed and signed it stating bascially OOOPS...he made a mistake and ooops he shouldnt be penalized and how the staff member should have minded his own business and how i need to be kind to him and how jobs could be lost if we are not kind to him..she then signed it. I called human rights and they said nope doesnt fall under them...I need help.I dont have money which is why i work where I do and i have been there 12 years.He also asks staff if i am going through the change of life for my "moodyness" which I mean i cannott stand him he accused me of stealing.so i come to you all ..i am in niagara area, ontario.What is my steps ? I have the letter as well as past info when he accused me of theft as well as forcing me to do work for his wifes church ...
