I have webroot antivirus sweeper and it keeps popping up why is that?

I won't even be on a website and it will pop saying that is a malicious site. I will be typing or on facebook and it will happen. Why is it doing it? is it my spywear of something else? I ran my spywear/anti virus and I don't have anything........ can anyone help?!!
