Kinda donwloaded music on itouch from frostwire! ooops helps?

so im a dumb teenager (under18) who downloaded a bunch of songs from frostwire into my itouch because my brother said its free that way.. little did i know its freakin illegal. ya shoulda realized that but iwas desperate and had no money. will anybody finodut n put me in jail? then again peoople do it everyday right.... im scared lol
