Black screen of death?

Hey people listen. I have this problem today just i started my pc and wtf the icons and taskbar there were nothing. Only my wallpaper. I started my pc with safe mode and networking and began researching this problem. Almost in all of solution you need to open task manager but i couldnt i tried cntrl alt del and no use and cntrl del esc no use. I then downloaded a file called process explorer and opened it. it is like task manager and select new task----> explorer.exe but no use. I dont know what to do. I want to say that this is the kind of problem that the solutions i find (task manager) cant help. Pls pls pls help me. And i am pretty sure that it is because of windows update. yesterday when i shutted down the computer it said wait for installing update and then shutted down (it is normal) but today in the morning i started and ooops. PLs help me. ANd i used system restore but no use. It is windows update problem is there any way to revert updates? or pls tell me your solution help me out
