What can i do about my demon brother?

my brother is 10 ears old he pulverizes my family he's malicious and he smacked 3 times and it hurt like hell and i told myself i don't give a damn but he is such a demon and his temper tantrums are like hell and he's addicted to Xbox live and he was mean as hell to me when i tried to make him a new windows live account and when i tried to log in to his windows live account he's mean as hell he said im stupid i know nothing and he always is mean as hell to me even though i'ma sweetheart and i'm so nice to him he treats me like hell
