You do not have any virus, you are hitting websites trying to get you to download fake software to infect your Mac. Turn on your popup ad blocker in Safari or Firefox (latest versions of both?), empty the cache, and delete your history. Then in Safari or Firefox under its preferences, the general section, unclick the "open safe files after downloading". That's all you need to do. You should also update your system software, Apple is sending out updates to block the malware.
