My Neopets acount is already old enough?

My neopets account is already much more than 24 hours old, but whenever I try to use some links such as "your shop" it says " Ooops, your account needs to be al least 24 hours old. The same thing happens when I try to cheer up King Sharlas. Any suggestion? I really need your help!
