Malwarebytes ip-block warning?

i was going to run a scan with malwarebytes last week and a dialog box popped up asking if i would like to try the full version for a limited time. i agreed and it was downloaded. since then, i get a warning that malwarebytes has blocked something from connecting to a suspected malicious website; type: outgoing.this happens more than once a day, every day. it is always the same ip number. i assume that this means that a program on my system is trying to connect to a website on the internet ( i did a whois and it indicated that the ip was in germany ). is this a false positive or is this ET trying to phone home? i would appreciate any information to help me understand what is going on here. thanks.
