False charges my employeer filed for turning her into the wage and labor board?
Malicious prosecution requires lack of probable cause, which is a different standard of proof than your criminal case, which was beyond a reasonable doubt. Winning the criminal case does not guarantee a win in an action for malicious prosecution. Another possible tort is slander if she bad-mouthed you to other store owners. You're going to have to have witnesses and / or documents that the statements were made, that they were false, and that you were denied employment because of them. You will also need evidence that you appropriately mitigated your damages
