Dental Filling, Should I go get it checked out?

Just today I got four fillings for cavities, yes I know, it's a lot.... And well I wasn't careful (still numb and everything) and right after I came home from the dentist, I ate my lunch it was sorta chewy too......... Ooops.. I'm not sure if my fillings came out. I'm pretty sure I had a small one on my bottom tooth, and it's not there anymore, but I'm not completely sure... =S HELP! How do you know when your filling comes out? Does it hurt? Should I go get them checked out? 10 Points awarded!
