BAD COMPUTER VIRUS, HELP?

If it gets to the point where you have no way to control the system, I would say do a wipe. Just make sure you back up everything you need. (If that is possible) If you don't have a restore disk then I do not know how you would go about wiping your PC or reinstalling Windows Vista. If your PC still has a warranty then I would suggest that you call them to send you a system restore disk. If they can, and if they do, then it will wipe your system and reinstall that OS that was preloaded. If you do not have a warranty then they will tell you to buy the disk from them. Last time I called about a restore disk they charged me about $120. Use a strong anti-virus and firewall next time you go to a malicious web page. Just make sure your PC is safe before you download or roam the sess pool of malicious pages.
