Malwarebytes question?

I downloaded malwarebyes and it did a fine job of cleaning up crap. Now whenever I fire up Firefox it tells me it has successfully blocked a potential malicious website, type outgoing. The IP address is 193.138.228.110 and is based out of the Eindhoven Netherlands. Some sorta comics crap or something. How do I get rid of it? Ran all the protection I have and didn't find anything.
